Eligibility

NEP-2020 (National EDUCATION Policy) announced the model structure for the education as 5+3+3+4, comprises 12 years of school and 3years of preschool.

• Foundational Stages = 5 Years, Age 3-6 [preschool] and Age 6-8 [Std-I and Std-II]
• Preparatory Stages = 3 Years, Age 8-11 [Std-III to Std-V]
• Middle Stages = 3 Years, Age 11-14 [Std-VI to Std-VIII]
• Secondary Stages = 4Years, Age 14-18 [Std-IX to Std-XII]

As per the availability of seats admissions at GPS are open in the month of November for LKG to Class - I and in the month of March for class II & above classes. GPS has set age guidelines for the admission of children into appropriate classes. This is based on the general physical, mental, and emotional development of children at different ages.

Registration

ADMISSION APPLICATIONS can be collected from the administrative office on payment of Rs. 400/-. Completed admission applications, with all the required documents, will have to be handed over to the administrative office, within 7 days of collecting the same. There will be an interactive session with the child to study motor, emotional and verbal skills (for pre primary). Upon approval of admission, parents will be informed and they will have to pay the admission fee to complete the admission formalities. For further information or clarifications please contact the Administrative Office. Please note that the issue of admission application does not guarantee admission. The advertisement is given in the month of January to take admission under RTE Act. 25% reservation of seats in STD-I are kept for under privileged persons.

Fee Structure

Management has decided to set for monthly tuition fees along with smart class fee and yearly group insurance. The class wise monthly tution fees are given as follows.

This is mandatory for new admission students but if any parents whose wards are continuing may go for the second option.

Entrance/Interview

Children registered for admission will be invited to a basic simple entrance test to assess their placement in correct class. The authority of the school takes decision on all matters pertaining to the admission process and payment of fees. Admissions will be based on the interview cum written test.
